Songer have a very strong CAD team with 14 members and we are the first company in Nantong to use CAD to make the paper-patterns around 20 years ago. We are able to start from sketches or original samples or the basic paper-patterns from customer to make all the development by ourselves, to save the time and cost for our customers. and due to the professional experienced team, we can produce around 750 styles per year with many other design solutions in accordance with each client’s individual needs.

Our company has built factories with good working and living conditions for our staff, we’ve equipped with some new modern machine like down filling machine, laser cut, heat transfer ,bonding, seamless taping, ultra sonic for both woven and knitted garments, which allows us to achieve outstanding quality standards and offer a competivie advantages to our partners.

We are continuously investing in the new modern machines and in training of the new technologies to our employees in order to implement them into our production process.
